I was waiting for Monday at 12:00 p.m. that they would arrive and I was there at 11:30 a.m. and no one came... haarrg it's not good, I left work and waited two hours and no one ever came... until they just told me today that I should pick him up at 6 p.m. No Well mmmm.. what's going on..

I just needed to drop off a package with a receipt . Simple transaction. Only one person helping and it took over 20 mins for the previous person. I walked in at 12:30 and it’s been almost 20 mins and no one in sight . The worst

Poor customer service, their job is taken very lightly and it is a waste of time, not helpful to locate your packages.

I was told fedex would deliver a package sometime between 7am to 8pm. Ok. That is a pretty wide window. The note helpfully suggested that it most likely will come between 11-3. Better.I proceeded to wait, reading in my living room, waiting for the delivery. At 2:30 I got a text saying the package had been delayed. It won't arrive til tomorrow, again some time between 11-3. Annoyed, I get up and notice there is a sticker on my door saying they tried to deliver the package and I wasn't there.Aaarrrggh! Are you kidding me, Fed Ex? Did you even try? Did you consider ringing the door bell? Did you aim to distract me with the text message? What percentage of packages actually get delivered in a day? UPS OR USPS both are cheaper and more dependable. Skip Fed Ex.Looking through these reviews, this looks like common practice for this company. Terrible service

After bringing the package to their location, the staff informed me that they don't accept returns or exchanges. I hope improvements can be made in this regard, providing advance notice to customers!

Hard to park. The two ladies at counter, Jackie is very strict, everything by the book, and she will make sure that you understand the rules. The other white lady is super nice, will go extra mile to help you out. It was obvious that both was under lot work stress. Pray for them.

Too bad Yelp doesn't allow ZERO stars, this place doesn't rate any stars!I've had to got to this location, almost every time I receive a shipment from Fed-Ex because they can't seem to deliver when scheduled. I've lost several days income by taking time off work for a deliveries that required signature, only to have nothing show up. It hasn't been a one-off occurrence, it's every time with Fed-Ex! I try my best to avoid any shipments via Fed-Ex, but some businesses continue to put up with their poor service and lack of on-time delivery.The staff in the actual shipping center is horrific! There has never been an employee at the counter when I have been there, instead they peek out from the back and sometimes come out to offer rude and less that competent assistance. It is quite apparent that the employees there don't like to work with customers, it shows. I can understand not having a good day every day, but these people are always rude, abrupt, and keep you waiting for no apparent reason other than they can. The same rude lady has been there for many years, at some point you'd think management would move her to a position where she doesn't have to speak or deal with customers as she clearly hates us.I've had 4 shipments in the last 10 days not show up when scheduled, one didn't show up at all. At this point I see that no improvements are going to happen, so I'll do my best to request shippers use another carrier.I wish you luck if you have to deal with this company.

This whole branch, Specifically that liar "Jackie" is trash. They loose packages, are irresponsible and down right lie just to finish their shift. I woupdnt had cared to wait another day but lie to me and waste a whole day. Nah you are trash.

They take care of you but the wait can be long at times if there is a line since there is usually only one person working the desk

Was held hostage in my home for two days while FedEx lied and tried to gaslight me by saying I was not home to deliver a package. I signed a signature release and even have notes on my FedEx account AND a note stuck to my front door saying I am ok with delivering without a signature. I have a doorbell camera so I can prove they never came to my door. Absolutely unprofessional.

Driver didn't deliver my package because "the building was inaccessible.". My building is never inaccessible. There's a secure parcel locker facility open 24/7 and my front door is accessible (no gate, access restrictions). FedEx constantly lies.

Terrible service, I notified the facility manager that the Fedex driver keeps falsely marking "Customer not available or business closed." and not delivery package. They did nothing. This has happened half a dozen times. I sat next to my door all day and no one knocked and no note left on door. I would use UPS instead of Fedex. Crummy service!!

It's mainly a lot of trucks in and out for delivering you're packages and orders. They also have a office one can enter where they offer customer service or take packages in the person.
