Fiesta Island is a popular destination in San Diego, offering a serene and versatile environment for various activities. The island boasts beautiful Torrey-pines, fire rings, water faucets, and picnic tables, providing ample space for camping, walking, and relaxation. It is particularly well-suited for dog owners, with a fenced-in, off-leash area along the bay where dogs can swim and play. While the island may appear a bit grungy, it is praised for its large, open, and shaded spaces, as well as its convenient amenities like trash cans and restrooms. Whether you're looking to bike, run, or simply enjoy the stunning views, Fiesta Island offers a great escape within the heart of San Diego.

We camped in tents at Camp Fiesta Island. It's like being on a beautiful island right in the heart of San Diego. Plenty of room, Torrey-pines, fire rings, water faucets and picnic tables. There are also tons of man-powered water craft available. The only issue is that there is only one restroom for the entire island.

I'm fascinated with this beach, this place is perfect for walking, running, and playing. My dogs are so happy there; we go every week and stay for hours.
