I booked a car through Booking, with insurance included, on arrival at the counter, the agent forced me to take additional « required » insurance.The car was good (Dodge Charger R/T), a bit dirty but ok.We prepaid for a full tank and returned it half, but we were still billed for the total.Bad experience, establishment... read full comment

Fox upgraded us to better larger SUV at no extra cost. They customer service was great, the vehicle was clean and we had them fill the gas for us and it wasn't a huge extra cost. The only downer was the long shuttle ride from SAN to the Fox rental car site, but all else was great! Thanks!
