Completely unorganized.ens jeans and shorts are labeled as small medium or large, making it so that you have to look at each tag individually. Not to mention nothing is in order, so you have to look at every tag. Very disappointed

Sweet, well done, Goodwill.

This might be the most expensive and overpriced Goodwill that I’ve ever walked into
Now that I got that out, let me tell you little bit about it. It’s a super small Goodwill and it’s located in downtown La Jolla. There’s not a ton of clothes, but there were a lot of people for how small the location is. I was kind of surprised about that.
I couldn’t find anything that was my size that I wanted, but I didn’t find two Patagonia items that I thought were extremely overpriced for a Goodwill. One was a men’s shirt that they were asking 2999 for and another was a girls pullover fleece that they were asking $39 for I just can’t believe that someone donated those and they’re charging that price on those items

Most overpriced goodwill I’ve ever been to in any state or area. Very small selection, boutique style. Was interested in this lululemon item in a case until I saw it was priced at $35. Retail price for this item is $38. This might qualify as my first post for the Greedwill FB page haha. This store is not at all worth a trip in my opinion.

Very disorganized place, won’t be going back. 🤮 Managers were rude and unfriendly. The stench in this store is horrible like super musty and smells like body odor. The store itself is very crammed and not a lot of space to walk around. Not to mention the prices are crazy too high. For a goodwill to purchase used goods? Your better off shopping at walmart at this point. Never returning so embarrassing.

Walked in and walked right out. Too cramped and claustrophobic and the prices are way too high for a thrift store.

First time visiting this location but WOW. So overpriced for free donations. Didn’t see any jeans, sweaters or tops priced under $20. Feels like they’re trying to curate similar to a buffalo exchange but a lot of the styles were dated and not worth the price tag.

I’ve been coming to this Goodwill for years where prices were affordable but they have gone up very high recently. This store receives donations for FREE but then prices items equivalent or even higher than department stores with brand new merchandise… ridiculous.

Wow this place has changed so much in the past few months......super pricey for some of the brands offered, almost same price as brand new......before the place smelled nice and looked like an actual boutique....now it looks like a thrift store......noticed the management being disrespectful to its employees not cool to see that being done in outright public.......I used to travel from LA to this store because of how everything looked and was.......now I'll save my gas money and shopping money with better quality service and things closer to my area.......you lost one more customer and apparently ur losing many more according who what I see in the comments......someone should fix this fast

A new Area Manager has raised the prices so much that you can buy many items cheaper in stores or Amazon. This used to be a good place to get items at a good deal, not anymore. Don't waste your time.

Prices are crazy high. $25 for used thrift store clothes that they receive for FREE. I just paid less for brand new clothes at J Crew.

Seems more like a consignment store or boutique than a Goodwill. They keep increasing their prices on everything. They want to get EBay $$ value on their items , however without a return policy or warranty. It defeats the purpose of being a thrift store.

The cashiers are the nicest people ever! They are the sweetest and most attentive workers I’ve ever met by far. I can say it’s best customer service ever!
