Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center is a clean, well-organized thrift store with a nice layout. The items are generally in better condition than one might expect at a typical Goodwill. The store offers a decent selection of movies, video games, and clothing, though the clothing options tend to skew towards petite and junior sizes, with limited options for plus-sized individuals. The staff is friendly and professional, though the donation process can be somewhat unprofessional, with staff sometimes reaching into customers' vehicles without permission. The store's policies on electronics returns have also changed, requiring customers to test items before purchase. While the prices are reasonable, the store's small size can make it challenging to find specific items. Customers are advised to visit regularly to increase their chances of finding what they're looking for. The lack of dressing rooms may also deter some shoppers from purchasing clothing items. Overall, the Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center is a decent thrift store option for those in the local area, but it may not be worth a long drive for those outside the immediate vicinity.
