Great service. Had an issue with my washer where it would not complete the cycle. Gormsen diagnosed over the phone and ordered the part. They fixed the machine once the part arrived. Service and knowledge is excellent

fast and professional, we had a problem with our dryer and they had it scheduled, part ordered and fixed within 2 days, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable - nice people, great experience - will definitely use them again
