“We needed a new freezer and visited American Freight on Morena Blvd. To be honest we had visited before and done cost comparisons with other outlets. The manager was Monica and Kareem and Steve were the two salesman that assisted my wife and I. We were super impressed with their customer service. Kareem recommended the 3-year extended warranty which we purchased. I mentioned that I was a veteran and Monica thanked me for my service. We definitely recommend this store, Kareem was very knowledgeable of the inventory. We explained our requirements & budget and they recommended a Maytag upright frost-free freezer that was just what we needed. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your support and service that was "WORLD CLASS"! We will be back!”

“The repairman was on time, knowledgeable and experienced.Even worked on Sunday which was appreciated. A part had to be replaced unfortunately, but he even had the piece in his truck and it was much cheaper than buying a new dryer. Got it all done in under an hour. Great service, reasonable price and a nice warranty of 90 days.Will use them again.”

“I usually go to Genesee Home Depot and they are always really fast with curbside pickup but unfortunately they didn’t have my items. I did curbside pickup here after waiting 15 minutes and no one coming I finally went into the store to wait in the long line. Then the associate tried to give me my order without an item saying it wasn’t included in the order even after I showed her my email receipt. I’d rather pay for shipping than come here again.***** Update. Several staff from HD contacted me after my review to apologize for my experience and offered us a discount. Today Cory, the manager at HD and Allie, a HD employee made a surprise visit to our house and hand delivered to our house a welcome HD bucket with a bunch of HD goodies and a toy for my kiddos! I wish I’d taken a picture to post. Hands down, Cory and his team are AMAZING, they truly go the extra mile (or 15 in my case) when things don’t go as planned with the customer experience.”

“IF I COULD GIVE THIS HOME DEPOT LOCATION 10 STARS, I WOULD GIVE 11.I was blown away this afternoon by tye cleanliness and organization of the store and its employees. I actually was looking for something and an employee asked me if I needed any help. You might think this to be a common thing, but ket me tell you it is not. Some stores you go in the employees don't even greet the paying customers let alone ask if they can assist in any way.I have been to some locations where you have a very hard time with making a return, but here you are treated with respect as customer.I have to mention this because as I was looking for the store manager to comment about my enjoyable experience today in this location, the employee helping me mentioned that the manager is off today, but he offered to direct me to the Assistant Manager named Courtney.LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT Courtney the Assistant Manager.As I was approaching Courtney he was assisting one of the cashiers who had a question about a guy trying to make a purchase with cash that Courtney observed where sketchy bills.I was blown away at how that situation was handled. It was handled so professionally by Courtney abd saved the company a whole lot of money due to what that guy was trying to purchase.Courtney gave him the option to pay with a card or either we can call the authorities, to which case the man immediately left the store.Courtney and tgat Cashier deserve a raise and promotion!!!”

I've been there over 10 times in the past week working on renovating our new home so I am starting to know the store better which can be confusing but the employees are very helpful when asked. I wish their credit card had greater benefits but it is mostly a weak scam, other than that the store is beautiful, well kept, and efficiently operated.”

“What a beautiful shopping experience my wife and I had in the Gardening Department this past weekend for Mother's Day. Our questions about plant material and much more was answered by Joseph and Candisse and then Johnn reassured us as we checked out. Trust me, my wife and I take notice of names and service. Joseph not only answered our questioned in gardening but walked with us into the store to show us where our additional shopping needs could be met. Joseph - An extra thank you to you!! Your product was fairly well stocked in gardening and we didn't feel like we were rushed to make a decision like we usually feel when asking a question. As an FYI, 2 registers should have been open, the lines were too long.”

“We bought a washer and dryer set + a dishwasher about a year ago. They were exactly what we needed and at a good price. I was really impressed at the speed in which they were able to coordinate delivery and installation. Also - the dishwasher set-up in our house didn't turn out to be as easy as we thought it would be. Quality Appliances went over and above to help us figure it out. They also came out a year later (a few weeks ago) to check on a problem we had. We thought that maybe the dishwasher was broken, but it turned out to be an electrical problem in the house and not at all related to the dishwasher. Once again, Quality Appliances went above expectations to help us solve the problem and provided great advice and assistance along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend buying appliances here, especially if you rent your home and are looking for good value and great service.”

“This is by far my favorite store to get stuck in. I mean for a while Walmart was okay, but man I love my tech and I love my gadgets, and I have lots of them and I always want more. Literally if you send me in there by myself with just the simple goal of asking a question about returns, I'll probably walk out 45 minutes later carting out and OLED TV. I get stuck in this store, and when I had a lot more cash flow coming through I was here a lot. This place probably is responsible for a good 80% of the tech in my house or rather my studio apartment. Which is quite large for a studio. Their prices definitely veer on the pricier side, especially considering this is Best buy we're talking about and there's no competition really in that space besides maybe I don't know The Target electronics department lol fries electronics doesn't exist anymore although they do have to compete online. And to be honest they're all men experiences in the best but it isn't the worst either. I can easily check if something is in stock at that store when I use the app. That has saved me many a trip. All I know I love Best buy, the app's pretty good too, I just wish I had more money to buy more things ??”

“I had an issue with a Kohler sink that I'd bought elsewhere and couldn't get the drain to fit. Angela approached me and was very helpful. Offered water while she proceeded to call up Kohler and troubleshooted with the support line. She even ordered the missing parts for me to be sent to my home at no charge. What great service and if I need any bath or kitchen help in the future I'll be back.”
