“My LG gas dryer stopped heating. The technician diagnosed it, replaced 2 thermostats, and got it heating again — he quoted me a fair price for the work. What really impressed me: he didn't stop at the repair — he checked the vent at the front of the house, found no air coming out at all, and explained the clogged 30+ ft vent run is what caused the thermostats to fail. He even recommended a vent cleaning company that quoted me a fair flat rate. Honest work, fair price, and he found the root cause instead of just fixing the symptom. Highly recommend.”

I went to purchase a specific vacuum cleaner and after being told where to find them I was unable to find the one I wanted. I attempted to leave the store and go to another location and John Zeglin stopped me and requested to help me further. After researching on his computer he found that the store actually had 4 in stock. John then went above and beyond to locate the stock items that where almost hidden and then found the item I wanted, he then found the tallest ladder in the stairs and retrieved it for me. I’m truly great til for his customers service skills and going all in to help me. He saved me half a day of searching and time. Now I can enjoyed the rest of my day. Thanks John Zeglin for this.”

Jerry was super helpful during our initial consultation and was available for my random questions during our DIY demo so we were ready for our install. The office staff was very friendly and prompt with scheduling and sending us reminders. Daniel was great at our measuring appt and answered all our questions. Eric and Guillermo did a great job on the installation yesterday, everything looks amazing! Now we are ready to DIY our backsplash :) thanks everyone!”
“What a wonderful group of people - I can sum it up with 1 word - honest.
We had a broken out of warranty COVE Dishwasher that the repair tech was not repairable. Curtis at Aztec was more than happy to sell us a new dishwasher but recommended that we call COVE and dicuss the situation. His advice has now lead to COVE replacing the dishwasher with a minimal charge.
Yes, Aztec lost 1 sale but they have gained a new customer and I will be telling all my friends about my experience at Aztec!

“My favorite location. The employees are always helpful. I usually find what I need. They always spend time explaining other options or recommendations to the customer. I’ve only had one run in with an employee. His demeanor towards me seemed to be irritated and angry when I asked him about military discount at the register. Like he could not be bothered by it at the time. Other than that I don’t enjoy going to any other Home Depot other than this location.”
