Harbor Freight Tools offers an unmatched assortment of tools and useful stuff at prices that seem better than other stores. The store has a very big layout with lots of tools for every job. Employees are described as friendly, helpful, courteous, and as warriors juggling many tasks, though some are still learning the layout. Staff are noted for having a great and positive attitude, going out of their way to help with returns and find what is needed, which brings a big smile to many faces. The experience is generally nice, making it America's tool store for an unbeatable value.
Although I am a 72 year old single woman, I love shopping at Harbor Freight!!! Perhaps they were short staffed when I was most recently there, but the one man at check out maintained a smile on his face and was very helpful, tending to every customer.
