Had to leave a review, because rental staff is rarely really cool, but Blake who helped me was great. He went the extra mile, was super patient when my chip wasn't reading properly and the car was in perfect condition.

Melissa at “Hertz” Laurel Str branch is the BEST.
She has the BEST smile, great attitude and is very efficient with customers.
She and her staff treats customers truly like friends.
I’ve been renting from this location for years.
You won’t get better customer service than at Laurel Str.
