DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ!! Terrible customer service. They placed me on the do not rent list because someone else used my ID number to rent a car & now HERTZ is tell me the only way I can get off the list is to get a new drivers license from the DMV!! I didn’t do anything wrong! #buyerbeware #boycottHertz

This is my go-to for car rental. Always kind, John provided an easy and timely experience. I was helped without hassle and was provided with an upgraded vehicle - I just made my reservation ahead of time and they took care of the rest. Very easy return experience as well.
