Be aware, you are not renting from Hertz or any major US rental car agency, you are renting from Avasa, and they will hammer you with extra charges, this has happened to me multiple times and also others who I have spoken to. Uber to another rental car location.

Disappointment and disaster - they simply oversell cars and when you come it is not there. Don’t waste you nerve and money, they don’t care - no liabilities
