The reviews posted here were before ownership of this agency changed. Now there is NO Joy found here. High mileage 10 year old cars are rented here. One guy is the owner and only employee. He cannot be trusted. I paid $250 with a credit card. During my rental period he attempted to charge my card on file $7,000!!! This...

Small place. Unfair and unexpected charges. dirty and expensive cars in poor condition for the requested price. Tried to return the car but it took three days because had no one in the office, then they charge me those three days. They are disorganized and dishonest.
