“The Butcher Block is a legit place for a wide variety of fresh meat selection and cuts. Take a look at my picture for prices and choices in January 28th, 2023. The shop is clean with friendly customer service. Prices I think are okay since they are always packed. ***Tip: get a number as soon you get in. Plenty of parking right across the street, hard to see at first, but ? look, plenty of spots for everyone. Practice patience while you're number gets called. Check out my last buy fully cooked (rib eye steak).”

“We had Meats and Eats cater our son’s bar mitzvah, and Moises and Gabby and their entire team did such an amazing job. I had many people say it was the best food they’ve had at a bar mitzvah. I’ve had their catering before many times, and they do everything well and its always good, but we wanted to mix it up and do a Mexican theme for the bar mitzvah, which isn’t always easy to do on Shabbos, but they helped us plan the menu that would work down to ever detail, from fish and salad on the table, a buffet for 200 people, Mexican sorbet for desert with toppings, and a kids bar with virgin cocktails. They presented and served it beautifully, cleaned everything up when it was over, and we didn’t have to deal with anything.”
“Great selection of items!! The carne asad is amazing. Love the flavor ice cream they have. Oh don't forget to grab yourself some queso fesco! Only "negative" is parking which isn't in their control!”

“If a semi truck driver with a 53 foot trailer, make sure your tandems are slid all the way towards the cab/to the front and enter the driveway shown in the other google review FROM THE MIRAMAR RD SIDE. Do not try to make it the way shown in purple in the other review, there is not enough room to maneuver, and maybe the other guy is talking about box trucks. For semi trucks, should go through the bottom and diagonally into the parking spaces as best as possible before making the left turn into the back of TF foods for unload.
The streets are packed with a variety of vehicles including box trucks, cars, and rvs so getting to this location early for unload is highly recommended to avoid traffic interference. Getting out may require spotting due to the same reasons plus more active traffic as work days begin.

“This place is amazing. They have foods from all.over the world. Namely African products, Hati hatian products, Middle Eastern and even Asian products you dont find in many places. Not to mention, their meat is INCREDIBLE! THEY HAVE FRESH lamb goat chicken and beef daily and it's delicious. I got a whole goat cut up here and the butcher knew what he was doing. This place is awesome.”
“I recently discovered this place as it was recommended by my brother. I buy the seasoned paleta or lomo de res and it is delicious! The slices are thin and the texture is perfect. My kids usually are not fans of carne asada but when I buy it here they love it. I highly recommend this place. Their staff is also very friendly and helpful.”

“I like that they had what I was looking for. Most stores in the area don't carry it. But some of the meat looks old. So you have to be careful what you choose and don't be scared of to ask for something fresh. Oh and the name of what I was looking for was in Spanish. So you might not think they have it. Luckily I looked it up prior to going lol.”
“You don’t have to blind back in from the street. There’s several ways to approach the entrance to avoid it. I made a map below -after the cul de sac U-turn just go back exactly the way you came and you’ll be able to do a drivers side back into the facility. You could even pass the facility on Brittanica and keep going and loop back to approach the entrance on Bristow from the West. There’s always available parking on Martinez Ranch Road too if you’re running out of time, just don’t throw your trash everywhere so they stop letting us park there. Hope this helps.”

“This is the place you go too buy produce and meat in bulk. This is known to be a traditional mexican grocery store. They sell a lot of items that resemble stores in Tijuana.”
“This store has gotten smaller since the last time I was there. It still has fresh meat and poultry, fruits and vegetables. What I like most is the variety of baking goods and prepared baked goods they have. Their prices are not the best, but in a pinch and if you don't want/have time to go to a bake shop, this is a good alternative.”

Why not give these guys a try. More than 95% of people that order from those little trucks become customers for life, because the benefits of it all are able to be lived, not just seen. Chances are that you've eaten or know someone that rats Prime Selection products. Bet?”
