If the person at the front desk is what you consider a good hire, then wow, that says a lot about your standards. The employee was slow, clearly sidetracked, and didn’t prioritize the customer at all. I stood there waiting while they wasted time instead of helping me with a simple task. It felt like my time didn’t matter. Whoever hired them might want to rethink what “customer service” actually means. Really disappointing experience.

Mission valley self storage units. Different size units available. My friend filled most of his entire apartment in a 200 dollar storage unit. Plus 10 dollars for insurance so 210 a month. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. Sunday 10am to 6pm. Storage units open at 6am to 8pm. Sunday is 6:30am to 8pm

One guy was extremely rude, one guy was definitely nicer and tried to help me. I had a moving truck that gave me the wrong information saying I could have the truck parked there to unload onto a U-Haul and then have it removed. There was no politeness, just extremely unnecessarily rude.

Friendly folk, stored my stuff with no issues, needed their biggest unit, and they have only 1. Low second level made getting to the unit a little tough for the truck.

I was very disappointed when I called this morning to get an explanation of my rate increase, which happened in November 2024 and now May 2025, which happens to be about $50. Prior increases have been once a year,which is understandable.I have been here for many years and everybody’s been lovely, great place, clean everything was fine. But when I called today to get an explanation, (Gabe) he couldn’t give me a straight explanation/answer and got an attitude with me and told me if I was unhappy that I could go somewhere else and he could help me find another location. I feel that this was very unnecessary and rude. He told me the standard rate was $400 for my unit and I’m paying $417 and I could not get a straight answer for that. He also told me that my unit would be capped out at some point and then he told me that it would be raised again after that no straight answers nothing resolved, except he got an attitude with me and told me I basically could go somewhere else if I was unhappy. Just blown away! I asked who the owner was and he basically said it would go through him and he would pass it along………The past mangers have all been extremely EXTRAORDINARY…..

Gabe (Managing) and Erica Super professional and very kind. They both have gone over and beyond to answer my questions and show me quality care ! They also provide a Free moving truck for your use ( and yes.... it's reliable and Clean). Store your Treasures here !!

This place continues to raise the price of there units. Look some where else for storage you'll be up to $250 a month before the end of the year

Overall, a really nice place to store your stuff. The crew working there and the manager were friendly and helpful, the place is clean and we did not encounter any rodents, their droppings or spiders - which is a HUGE plus! Recommended!

Under new management and it has gone downhill. Raised the rates, got rid of the truck and rarely does their lift work. To bad so sad is there sentiment to their existing customers. Won't rent here again

Staff is very friendly. Storage unit is clean, easy to get in and out of. Only downfall is no lighting in the individual storage units inside. Plan ahead and take some sort of light.with you.

The storage was the nearest to home, secured, and clean. However, my experience with Gabe sold me on doing business at this location. Gabe was a pleasure to work with. It didn’t take long to find the right unit for me as he was very knowledgeable on what was available and what would fit my needs best.

Rented a storage unit on a Friday evening and was told everything was all set and the unit was ready. Went the next morning early to move stuff in and there was a lock on the unit they said was mine. Had to drive 3 vehicles back to the house and wait for the storage place to open up at 9am. Very inconvenient, especially when I had multiple people up early to help me move.
