The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely happy to help, whether for a quick tune-up, a flat tire fixed on the spot, shopping for gear like lights, or just asking questions. The owners care deeply about their customers and the cycling community, ensuring you are not just another sale. They offer great prices and excellent customer service. The shop now services many eBikes, including those with hub motors, servicing the bicycle components but may not work on the electronics; they do not service electric motorcycles. While parking in the area isn't great, they have a small free lot just south of the shop. Highly recommended for anyone who wants great service from people who truly value their customers.
