Im going to leave one star for the friendly security guard and the lady that is right at the front, beside that, I would’ve been here giving negative stars.I have been at this location 2 times because is closer to my work place, the two times I have been here is to deposit my paycheck, I have been a member for the past 14 yrs, and the teller an Asian lady With teller ID280 she has been the teller that has helped me the two times I have been there and she has been sooo rude both times, that makes me want to just close my accounts and never go back to NF again, is so disappointing that as members we have to deal with that type of customer service, even more after so many years and as military members. I asked her like two questions and both times I wasn’t done articulating my sentence, my question when she was cutting me off with a NO!!, NO!! she is rude, she doesn’t provide information and acts like if we are there just to make her life difficult.

To start off, I have bought two houses and have refined loans twice over the years. In this process the longest loan took 45 days. All those loans were not with Navy Federal. I started an equity loan process on Sept 27, 2023 with Navy federal because I am a Veteran and thought I would be takin care of. I have a 750 credit score and make pretty good money. Over the two and a half month process they kept asking for more and more info, some of it the same stuff over and over again. When I tried to get a hold of my loan officer she rarely answered or returned my calls and emails. In the end, two and half months later, I wasn't told I was denied for loan, I had to call and find out. I have a perfect payment history on my credit report, but they denied me saying I was delinquent on something. The refused to work with me, no mater who I talked to. So after being jerked around for two and a half month I'm back at the beginning. Navy Federal has gotten too big for its own good and lost connection with the people; and has no relations to veterans. You are not a person with this bank, just a number. Don't waist your time like I did.

Shocked on how low the score is for this branch, I've never had any issues here. Service is always on point, quick, efficient and polite. Very clean. I've done a lot of different types of transactions here and everything is always good. The best bank in the world

I have a good deal of money at NFCU and an over 800 credit rating. When I tried to co-sign for a small $1800 loan for my 22- yr - old son (to build his credit), the best they would do was 19% (walked out). I loaned him the money instead; Another example: NFCU advertised a used car loan in the low 5%, but when I went through the application process (for 10K) the best they would offer was 6.5% with no explanation and would not refer me to a supervisor. I shifted savings around and paid cash for the car; Today, came an email from NFCU saying they are delaying a deposit of a small check (900) "because we have reasonable cause to believe that the check is uncollectible from the paying bank." This is laughable if you knew who this check came from. I called and asked what was the reason and she couldn't give one and wouldn't refer me to anyone for an appropriate answer. It seems that "Security" at NFCU chooses deposits randomly without warrant and without regard for customer's balances; It is impossible to call your branch - period. When calling the 888 number -automated system, you are pressed for qualifying question after question after question until you are hitting zero finally bringing on a human. Horrible banking service. NFCU does not serve me as a valued customer. I will be moving my money elsewhere including the maturing CDs. Is this what the banking industry has become?

Brooke provided excellent customer service she was super patience and very knowledgeable, granted I showed up late when Navy Fed was closing and she was just as awesome, taking care of everything I needed and helped me figure out the best way to move forward on my account, in closing I would say the only thing better than Brooke's service was her stunning beauty, Navy Fed you scored with her.

I came to this location 9/16/2023 and the person that helped me made me feel discriminated the way he was treating me. I decide to leave, he checked for my id like 100 times and asked if i was a member like 30 times. I wanted to get a car loan and he didn’t even start the application he told me i might get declined, without even running my credit. Such a bad experience and i left the facility crying.

I came into this branch today about 11 AM. I was immediately greeted by the front greeter. I waited in line, maybe two minutes if that then I was taken care of by banker Alan, he was absolutely phenomenal. My time spent with him felt very personal as if I’ve known him for ever he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thanks Alan for being super awesome.- Mrs Williams

Would give zeros stars if I could. Are all Navy Fed tellers rude, unprofessional, slow and inconsiderate of people's time or is it just this branch? Highly recommend banking anywhere but here.

I was able to use the ATM to withdraw, but the human teller inside refused to break down the bills from the ATM. Smugly informing me of their policy, I still don’t understand why they decided to not break a 20 into fives unless you’re a member.
