I came into the Mira Mesa branch ( 10865 Mira Mesa Blvd.) On July 16,2025 and was seen by a young Asian teller name David. I came in to make a deposit of $304.42.
David the teller said that they don't accept coins unless it's in rolls. Does this sound ridiculous to anyone?? How will .42 cents fill a roll? Is he not doing the math? I have multiple banks & they ALL take change. I get it if it's enough/ a lot. Then u put it in rolls. Otherwise, this should be common sense! Are people getting too lazy to do basic counting? For God sake 🙄 you're a bank aren't you? One of the main reasons regular people come to banks is to make deposits/withdraws & other stuff of course. Imagine having a good day then leaving the bank feeling pissed.

I have been with them for over 20 years and they have always had interest rates on CDs that are at the upper end of the market

Today I had a very helpful and friendly conversation with a phone representative named Easton. I had some trouble with recurring payments and he was able to guide me through the process and was successful in helping me with all my problems. This is a great bank with even better people.

I’ve never received such horrible service at a bank. Every time I go to this location, there is always a reason they cannot complete a task (that every other NavyFederal has). Their staff lacks knowledge in their field, communication skills, and politeness.

Plenty of parking. Two ATM machines out front. It's never super busy and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Has become just like any other big bank out there. I've been a member for over a decade, and I don't feel that I'm part of the mission. Their credit card interest is skyrocketing, and their online lending experience is akin to interacting with a robot.

We had a great experience here because of Elizabeth. She went above and beyond to help my mother and I. We needed to make adjustments to accounts and Elizabeth made it simple for us to make the changes. She also helped with a password issue we were experiencing. She was determined to get it working and was successful. I appreciate everything she did for us during our visit to this branch.

Great service, and no wait at all. I had my card replaced in minutes not like other banks that have to mail you a new card.

Mina K. has been very helpful on our banking needs. She has provided us with a lot of advice which helped us when making our decisions. Always professional when conversing but interjects with light humor thereby making us very comfortable when talking to her. We discussed about our mortgage and Mina K was well versed on the topic. We even had to wait on her at one time because she was already familiar with our situation. Superb customer service! Five stars and thumbs up for Mina!
