North Side Imports in San Diego is a trusted, family-owned auto parts supplier specializing in OEM parts for European vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Audi. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and professional staff who are attentive and reliable. The business operates mainly for professional shops, offering a dependable source for OEM parts directly from manufacturers in Germany, Slovenia, Turkey, and other countries, ensuring high quality and avoiding cheap imitations. They require the VIN number to ensure the correct part is supplied, which helps prevent errors and guarantees a proper fit. Many customers highlight the convenience of sourcing OEM parts here instead of dealerships, often at lower prices. The staff is described as friendly, prompt, and responsive, with many recommending North Side Imports for their trustworthiness and excellent customer service. While some note that electrical parts are non-refundable and recommend reading the return policy carefully, overall, customers find the process efficient and helpful, especially when seeking hard-to-find parts. The business is especially praised for its quick service, accurate parts identification, and a helpful approach that benefits professional shops and knowledgeable individuals alike.
