Horrible service I made a reservation for a specific car rental and they gave me a completely different one and said they were going to charge me $167 extra for full size sedan.

It took 30 minutes to wait for the shuttle and finally arrived only to wait another 1.5 hours due to short-staffed. No water in their waiting room - the machine was empty. People were very frustrated. It definitely isn’t worth the savings from not renting directly at the airport.
