It took three hours to get a shuttle to the off site rental location and get our car. They had none of the cars that were advertised and tried up charging us for no reason after making us wait forever. This is one of the worst establishments I have ever dealt with. Please save yourself the hassle and do not rent from them...

The worst, most slow rental company I have ever used. They don't respond to the phone at the airport. Shuttle took forever. Then lines, that took forever at the actual place to rent the car. Don't use this company. Horrible.

Check in was easy and great prices. Think I paid 55$ for 4 days.
The cons from San Diego airport, we shuttled to the car rental area and then had to get on another shuttle to the Nu car rental location 8min. Then there was only one guy dealing with rentals so that wait took another 20 min but all in all satisfied
