Options For All exists to serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout California. We value the aspirations and potential in these adults’ lives, and we believe in creating unique, personalized opportunities for each individual to enrich their lives. We are headquartered in San Diego, where we have been cultivating innovative programs since 1985 and have since expanded to the Inland Empire, Hollywood, and the Silicon Valley. From day programs to film & media programs to independent living services, we tailor our person-centered services to match each participant's abilities, skills, and dreams.

I LOVE working at Options For All. The culture is accepting and open. The work we do offers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to earn a living and find purpose. It's amazing to see the affect that can have.
