I honestly haven't had any problem going here. It's hard to find a cat grooming place, and this one happened to be close to where I live. I get my cat groomed and shaved here, and never had any issues. The guy might be a bit odd, but he's always been friendly in his way and I always get my cat back in a timely manner.
