“Enjoyable experience at Express Pawn on Balboa. Their protocol for assessing and processing jewelry is among the most professional i’ve seen. Yuly was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very friendly. She even helped me discover some aspects of men’s rings that have changed my view on how I’ll style my jewelry. She goes the extra mile while staying down to earth. 4 stars because they’re still getting set up and selection is a bit slim and there’s no grading available for any of the diamonds but they keep things completely square and use their savvy to tell you the most they can about every piece.
