In all my years of being alive (44), I have never experienced A+++ customer service like this. Called the 800 number and Chris answered the phone. Troubleshooting over the phone and resolved my issues in 15-20 minutes. Hands down best ever customer service experience.

Personal Pitcher makes miniature pitching machines that toss whiffle golf balls for batting practice. Be aware that this is not a retail outlet; orders must be placed on the website. Ownership was very flexible and allowed for in person pick up of an online order to save on shipping costs, which was greatly appreciated!
