They have some cubbies on the dock if needed. We used almost our whole 90 minutes the last time we went. It was a bit windy, but very clear and sunny out!

The great customer service did not stop there. When Sam and Travis showed up to deliver and setup our pool table, they were extremely nice, very thorough, and informative. “My partner and I are extremely amateur surfers. We got a great price on a used beginner board here. Eventually we were surfing way less because she kept getting too cold so we decided we needed a thicker wetsuit for her. We forgot this place closes at 3 on Sundays and almost went to a different shop in the neighborhood on an impulse one Sunday after realizing our mistake but decided to be patient & come back here because they'd been so helpful getting us our first board. I'm so glad we waited. We got a new wetsuit that suits our needs excellently for $100 less than the other shop told us they charged for their cheapest *used* wetsuits.”

“Rent from here- I walked in on my way to another shop that showed up on my Google search and so glad I did. The owner is long time experienced and the young staff are eager to keep the surf sport going and a good experience for novices. The board I got felt just right and when I broke a fin riding a wave in - and felt discouraged - they fixed the issue and kept me going. This business has competitive prices, good location to many spots on the beach, and could charge more probably - but choose not to. Support them- we need more businesses and the people who run them out of love of the sport - like this!”

“I’ve been to Pedal Power Perform Lab twice, and both times Dean made a huge difference. Each visit was about position and comfort, and he nailed it.
The first time, I had just bought a new saddle and couldn’t get it dialed in no matter what I tried. Dean quickly identified the issue and got everything set up correctly. A couple of years later, I brought him a brand-new bike, and once again he helped me find the right position with precision and care.
Dean is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. He knows his stuff and, unlike some fitters at local bike shops, he doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. His pricing is very reasonable for the level of expertise you’re getting.
If you ride for fitness, Gran Fondos, or racing—and especially if you spend a lot of time on the bike—you should see Dean. He’s basically the Yoda of bike fitters.”
