Just made my third attempt, and failed, to renew my prescription card for my pets prescription diet food. My first time in there was no one at the desk for 15 minutes... My second time in two days ago I waited 30 minutes and all the woman at the front dad was chitchat like crazy and I got impatient and left. Just now, I actually started the process and every time the woman at the desk started to work on my prescriptions. She stopped to wait on other customers who were coming and going. I asked her why she kept stopping, completing the task when I had been waiting forever and she said well this is really important... Obviously, stating that my transaction is not!!! I told her I was just going to leave and I would just go shop at Petsmart instead and she said "that's fine."

Decided to do an Amazon return here to receive a coupon and get my dog some treats. Robert voiced his complaint about taking Amazon returns and definitely took his time. He scanned my qr code and took my first return (out of 5) and then began scanning the box that was full and dragged the box to a storage area and started closing the box. Dissappearing for about 8 minutes. It took way too long and didn't need to be done in that moment. He came back to continue the rest of my returns which thankfully didn't take too much longer but still wasn't the quickest. I got my coupon and found some treats and went back to Robert who was the only cashier there. He scanned my items and I was handing him the coupon and he said keep that for next time. Here I'm thinking he was giving me 10% off and letting me keep the coupon to use again. I couldn't see the breakdown of my bill until I received my printed receipt and I never received the 10% discount. With how long the returns took and the negative comments I was not going to stick around to waste more time for the discount. Won't be back to Petco.

Just a heads up. Their "Pick Up Area" isn't actually a pick up area, despite all the big blue signs. You have to wait in line to get to the register. Unless you're looking for a discount there's OR doing curbside pickup, there's no point in picking up in the store.

I recently visited a Petco store and was deeply disappointed by my experience. It seems that Petco has shifted its focus significantly towards serving Amazon return customers, to the detriment of its core pet store customers.Upon entering the store, the most prominent feature was the Amazon return line, which was significantly longer and more crowded than the line for pet store customers. This not only made navigating the store difficult but also gave the impression that Petco is prioritizing Amazon's business over the needs of pet owners.The overwhelming presence of Amazon returns overshadowed the pet store aspect. It felt more like an Amazon return center than a place dedicated to pets and their needs. In fact, the situation was so pronounced that it might be more appropriate for the store to change its logo to "AMAZON Return Store" to reflect this new reality.As a pet owner looking for a dedicated pet store experience, this shift in focus is disappointing. Petco, once known for its commitment to pets and their owners, seems to have lost sight of what made it a preferred destination for pet supplies and services.Overall, I left feeling let down and am reconsidering where I shop for my pet's needs in the future. I hope Petco reevaluates its priorities and returns its focus to providing quality service and products for the pet community.

The doctor and the assistant were very good, they listened to me attentively and showed attention to my dog, now, I would like them to do it in front of you when giving the injection since they take it to another area and by faith I have to believe that it was given to them. they put. Only that should improve, the rest is very happy.

Petco, where the pets go. Also where people can take their Amazon returns and jump ahead of the line while your carry 50lbs of dog food. Not chill. Maybe I should order my dog food on Amazon since they’re the priority.

I don’t like the fact that Amazon lockers are causing long line delays. I used to be able to go in there and be in and out quickly and not have to wait in a long line but with the Amazon lockers now it takes even longer more people should be upfront to check people out if the Amazon lockers are going to be utilized.
