I was charged 9.5% sales tax, check your receipts. Should be 7.75% fro this zip code. I have reported them to the BOE.There are no returns, exchange only.No changing rooms.They have no contact phone number on their receipts or listed anywhere.

So many cute clothes but dressing rooms closed. And you know its cheap because its all made in Asia so the sizing is going to be weird/awkward. Not only do they have fitting rooms closed but there are no returns... only exchanges and returns for store credit.
