Project Wildlife, a dedicated wildlife rehabilitation organization in San Diego, has been serving the local community since 1972. With a team of passionate staff and volunteers, they provide care and support to injured, orphaned, and sick wild animals, giving them a second chance at life. As one of the largest wildlife rehabilitation centers in the country, their mission is to improve the quality of life for local wildlife and educate the community on conservation efforts. Visitors have expressed their gratitude for the caring and concerned staff, who have helped them with injured animals they've encountered. While some have noted that there may be a delay in immediate intake, the overall experience has been positive, with staff going the extra mile to ensure the animals' well-being. Donors are encouraged to support this important work, as their contributions are vital to the organization's continued efforts in wildlife rehabilitation and education.
Stmbled upon what appeared to be an injured/weak hawk in our parking lot. This was just prior to dusk. We made it to the San Diego Project Wildlife office before they closed. Very thankful that there is a place where they can evaluate and treat these precious animals.

Had security meet me there at 11:30 pm to care for a baby bird. Nice people. Thankful for their help.
