Riverleaf Inn Mission Valley is a budget-friendly, pet-friendly hotel with a good location, offering easy access to Mission Valley and freeways. Reviews describe it as an easy going, relaxing, and sometimes unforgettable place with a welcoming, friendly, and professional staff who answer concerns calmly and kindly. The hotel has an elevator, which is noted as a plus. Guests find the rooms cozy, bright, tidy, and basic, with very comfortable beds and deep tubs. Some note the setting is outdoors. However, other reviews state the rooms need serious cleaning and renovation, with walls described as disgusting. Service experiences vary widely, with reports of very bad service, long waits for assistance, and housekeeping that did not come for several days. There is no continental breakfast; it is a bare-bones option. The area may not be easily walkable to many places. While many find it quiet, especially in rooms away from the elevator, experiences with overall cleanliness and maintenance are mixed.
New rooms everything is updated. Very nice quick drive to the zoo and sea world .

Short stay but very clean. Staff was very respectful. Enjoyed talking with Raul who gave great suggestions on where to explore. When return, look forward to going back. Everything is within 5-8 mins without traffic. Very good location. Miss San Diego already!

I want to thank Fermin for his excellent customer service and booking a place for approximately a week for me and my wife, since our place is under renovation at the moment. Fermin was friendly and professional, the room he booked for us was clean and tv worked great. The price we paid was affordable and reasonable.
