I opened up a new checking and savings account at this branch and the process took over an hour. Come to find out, the employee helping me with my account had never even ordered my new debit card! I had to call customer service after 3 weeks to have it expedited. Unacceptable!

Paid off car loan in full. SDCCU did not report to credit bureaus and still have a loan on my credit report for a car that was paid off 4months ago. I am being told by SDCCU that I need to file a dispute that SDCCU didn't do their job?
