A special thank you to Melvina, who helped both me and my kid open our accounts. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different account options and special promotions available. My 7-year-old was especially excited about the youth savings program and absolutely loves the piggy bank he received. He can’t wait to start saving for his model train sets, and I’m grateful that his very first credit union experience was such a positive one that will hopefully inspire healthy money habits for years to come.

“Navy Federal Credit Union's? they are the very best in the 60 years I've been banking their ATMs have been upgrading the past year they're even better than good ones this place here is centrally located. It's great to be here eating and I happen to see a Navy Federal Credit Union it's Sunday so obviously they are closed. The ATM was available,?✅ with all the bells and??? whistles on them you can even use them without a card, I give you 10 stars if I could, I could! ! !???????????? Navy Federal Credit Unions are awesome ??✅ and everyone I've been in the tellers and the greeters rock you ??”

“I have been a member with mission fed for over a decade, but I had until now only seen them as another bank where I can store my earnings. I decided this previous week to finance a new car through them which had it's challenges, but none of them because of the bank. My loan financer Tiffany Lam made the process as pain free as possible. Due to covid hours of dealerships and bank branches don't always coincide especially when you have a full time job, but she did her absolute best to always accommodate my hours and email update me throughout the process. She made it easy for me to share my anxieties with the whole process (as this was my first time financing a vehicle alone). Our several appointments were always joyful and filled with laughter. “I have banked with MFCU for many years and maintain both personal and business accounts. I consistently receive excellent service with my personal banking and greatly value my relationship with the credit union.
However, my experience with business banking services has been less satisfactory. For several years, I have requested the ability to attach Zelle to my business account, without success. The lack of this functionality creates a significant limitation and has forced me to rely on a traditional bank for basic business transactions that I would prefer to keep within MFCU.
I am writing to share this feedback and to express my hope that MFCU will consider adding Zelle for business accounts. This service would allow me—and likely many other members—to continue consolidating our personal and business banking with the credit union rather than seeking alternatives elsewhere.
I hope this is an area where MFCU can grow to better support its business members.”
