I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. to pick up an item. I had driven from very far and would not be able to return, they were able to accommodate me and the nurse fixed up my order and send me on my way. Great job great great customer service. Thank you.

The fact that they can't work you in for a sooner appointment, although dates and times are flexible for the patient is very disappointing. You are better off going to another pharmacy if your plan allows it.
