Receiving docks aren’t on the front street of miramar rd but you are in the correct general location. Go towards the back of the circle dead end road, turn left when u see the railroad tracks the signs will lead you to the dock doors & pics shown will help you find what you are looking for

For delivery guys: turn to Forest Mar road and you will see the receiving sign board. I've parked at dock and its been 1 hour now ,nothing moved yet.
