Normally am a barre3 girl but was visiting my parents in north county for the holidays. This group is very welcoming and it’s a great workout in a cute space!

FWRD+ is a challenging place to workout and although I’m new I can feel the sense of family / community. There are a variety of classes so it’s always interesting and fresh. So grateful to be connected here!
