Great store with good selection of clothes but it is freezing cold in there. I don't usually complain about store temperatures but this was way out of hand. It's early December here in San Diego and there is absolutely no reason for it to be so damn cold in there.

I ordered several items from Tilly's and when they arrived a pair of swim trunks were not in the package. The package had been taped up with packing tape and was dirty. The biggest disappointment though was that after several emails and phone calls, Tilly's said their warehouse packed the shorts and basically "Oh well, take it up with the authorities or your bank" and they refused to send me a new pair or give a store credit. If you look up reviews on the store everyone says the same thing about how the company doesn't replace missing or damaged items. What BS. Tilly's customer service is garbage and the company is disreputable. If they want to send items in shoddy packaging they should be prepared to back it up if the items are damaged or missing by the time they get to their destination. I'm very unhappy with this company which sucks because now me and my family won't shop here again.

My daughter bought some clothes from Tilly's back in June and was given a tracking number. While it says the item has been delivered and signed, we didn't receive anything on our end. We have checked with our neighbors if it was accidentally delivered to them but no one received anything so far. We also checked with Tillys and apparently, they have checked with FedEx and confirmed that it has been delivered to us. So they closed the case and basically said it's not their problem now. Well, the case closed on their side, but what about us? We paid $70 over and get nothing because YOU chose an unreliable delivery company, and you don't take responsibility for it? They suggested we file a police report. Well, what will the police do in this case? Unfortunately, my daughter paid by debit card so she can't even dispute the charges. She is 16 and does not have a credit card. The scary part is when I went to Trustpilot to write a review, there were so many similar cases like mine. Why didn't they do anything? I will tell all my friends who have teenagers not to buy anything from Tillys.

Nice looking clothing, but the quality is horrible. Santa Cruz $50 shirt lasts only a few wash cycles.

RACISTS. Can't speak for anybody else but my first time at this establishment, some guy walks up to me saying "excuse me, did you walk in here with a lady" I said "no, why" "oh don't worry about it's just, somebody was describing you." I had a pair of vans in my hand I was getting ready to purchase,I put them back down and left promptly . after this experience never going back!!!If you're not black you should be good here.

Most importantly she was engaging from the minute I walked through the door, she asked me if there was anything I was looking for in particular and to which I replied and walked me over to the exact item. I was short on time but she helped me out swiftly. She also has excellent taste in music from the brief conversation exchanged. Keep up the great work

Rude employees. Walked around the store approximately 5 minutes, walked past 3 employees, made eye contact with the dude behind the counter, not one said a single thing to my wife or myself. Even when exiting the "bro" folding shirts watched us walk out and didn't say goodbye or anything. This tillys has really gone downhill in recent times.

TILLYS.com is the most fraudulent website I have ever dealt with, even worse than any Tilly stores which are also very dishonest and underhanded, I ordered items that I never received, the items that I did receive were completely incorrect I sent everything back the next day they are still pretending that the items were not received by them and refusing to give me a refund they are a 100% fraudulent website, every single thing that you try to do with them as I have found out in the last few weeks will be met with the lies and dishonesty I am contacting the Better Business Bureau the consumer fraud department and I'm contacting an attorney I think everyone that has been defrauded by Tillys needs to file a class action lawsuit they are blatant about their dishonesty.DO NOT Order anything from tillys.com I promise you you will be defrauded you will never get your money back and you will get no help from customer service as we speak I have an attorney and maybe I can stop them from doing this to someone else!!!

This place is okay and all, but when I went in there the employees seemed like they don't wanna be there. They seemed out of it except for one or two workers. They didn't even have the decency to say "you're welcome" after I was helped. I mean that's the least you could say for your paying customers.
