“Got my vehicle pre inspection here and I will say it was a bit expensive, but everything was broken down in an efficient way. Customer service was great, and they even gave me a digital link with videos about all of the maintenance so I know what to look for in the future. Overall great experience: 10/10
PS: the inspection took about 4 hours so be prepared to wait!”

Not only did they take care of my root problem but they also took care of a small trouble I had with my power steering making noise. “No nonsense, pick you up and get you towed.Usually culture doesn't play a part in who is providing your service but I had to cancel the first tow company. They demanded texting on the phone and sending photos of my drivers license, credit card, and vehicle, it appeared to me the other tow company was being dispatched from a liquor store, the guy was rude and demanding. Bye Habibi!I'm going to stick with Ledesmas Towing should I ever need another tow.”

They arrived sooner than expected and they were very careful with my car. The price was very reasonable and Gio, the tow truck driver, was simply awesome. “My truck alternator was going and going. I was in my way to my mechanic at Elite Auto Repair when ol’ Myrtle went from going-going to just gone. I was stuck on the 52 East exit off of the I-5 south when my entire electrical system shut down. I was in the emergency lane with cars flying by me at 65 mph in a hurry to their own funeral, so I scooted myself into the passenger seat, put on the safety belt, and used my Allstate mobile app to get roadside assistance. Roadrunner was busy, but they made to me as soon as they could and provided quality service. He got me to my mechanic’s shop where I could safely address my truck’s needs.”

“Guy was sent to take my completely dead EV from a tight garage parking space up a curved driveway. Other tow companies sent flatbed trucks and could not find a way to get the car out. Guy found a way and skillfully moved within an inch or two of the house and driveway so that the car left without a scratch. Thanks for having experienced and skilled people like Guy to help me out!”
“Gabriel found us on the side of the road when he was driving past us on his way home. We had already waited 3 hours for AAA to send a tow truck and it was already 11pm at night. We were exhausted and frustrated at this point. Gabriel did not have to help us but he did. He was very professional and honest and followed through with everything he promised. I will be forever grateful for his help. Use this company if you ever need a tow and cancel your AAA if you have it because they are awful.
