U.S. Bank Branch

U.S. Bank, Banks
Hours: U.S. Bank Branch offers friendly and helpful staff, providing a positive banking experience for many customers. The tellers are praised for their kindness and professionalism, and some customers appreciate staff members who go above and beyond, such as assisting non-English speakers. However, the branch faces serious health concerns due to a noticeable mold and moisture problem, with a homemade contraption seen to collect water and a persistent musty smell. This issue has persisted for at least three months and poses health risks, especially to customers with allergies and to employees. Additionally, wait times can be long on weekends, particularly when multiple advisors are needed. Despite these challenges, customers generally recommend the bank and recognize the staff’s helpfulness and friendly attitude.
