This is the second I am at the door with an important document to be printed, waiting and waiting but it didn’t open so I left at 9:15. As a business owner myself if you can’t be there on time just change your hours. Especially when you are in a business that people businesses rely on your timely hours!! It is not right!

Absolutely horrible experience. Mailed back a couple of funkos and action figures from San Diego comic con. After the woman at the front dropped several of them in front of us, we were charged around $90 to pack it up and send it back to New York. 4 of my funkos arrived damaged today, they have rips and are bent due to the poor packaging. I am attaching pictures to this review. I will never use this location again. This is absolutely ridiculous.
