The Bounce Drop Off was great and they took perfect care of our bags and suitcases. We had a group of 10 and the customer service was great at pickup and drop off.

the workers and manager were incredibly helpful in confirming the receipt i was sent was fake over the phone despite the store being incredibly busy, i really appreciate how kind and communicative they were!
