Horrible, offensively rude female works at this location. Repeatedly interrupts, bad attitude. Sarcastic. Totally insulting. We just needed something printed out and she could not be bothered to do basic things like look in her own inbox and find the email.She literally hung up on me when I was telling her to check her inbox. Hung up on me. Fire this girl immediately if you care about your business. Seriously. As you could see there are multiple other terrible reviews about her here.Weds dec 20 at 9:51am. Whoever was there.

What is good customer service?It’s just my opinion but the most important act in providing excellent customer service is to be friendly and greeting a customers with a smile. And that is exactly what Johnny did as my Italian movie star girlfriend and I as we opened the glass doors to the UPS Store on West Broadway here in San Diego. It wasn’t a fake smile or patronizing it was a genuine good morning smile and salutation. All this on a Sunday morning minutes after 11 am when the store opens…..on a Sunday! Johnny connected with us on a real human level which the politicians on both sides of the aisle could learn from Johnny on this one simple act of kindness. I’m giving Johnny a Five Star rating. Thank you Johnny.

The staff are so friendly and efficient here! I’ve been here three times in the past two weeks and each time, I’ve had such fast and expedient visit! Very happy with the service and staff.

I wanted to return an Amazon return. they have huge signs that they do amazon returns.I had the item packaged but the return label was on my phone, the guy refused to scan from my phone and said that it would take $2.5 for them to print the label!!!I went to Fedex print on 5th street and printed the label for 20 cents.There is another UPS store near Scripps near University Ave. Their manager is a nice old man, He not only scanned my phone for label but I also didn't had to package my return, he packaged it himself. I will be going to there from now on for everything.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager lady was not welcoming. She made me feel like I was disrupting her and bothering her from doing her job.There was a nice guy who was also working. He looked at me and apologized. He said that she is the manager and what she said is what she said.Really felt like I was a burden asking her to help me solve a challenge I had getting a shipment out that ups never picked up

I've had my fair share of negative experiences at other UPS stores, however, the experience here is the furthest from that.The word that comes to mind is.. SUPERB. Alike most of you, I'm an Amazon prime user and with that comes the pitfall or returns on items. This UPS is conveniently located in downtown about 6 mins away from me. With that being said, parking is tough unless you're going to be quick, in that case throw on the hazards and pull onto the red curb. (you didn't hear that from me though!)They also validate from the parking garage (thanks Joseph the owner for letting me know)The service is excellent and the staff is friendly and supportive with answering questions.The ambiance is alike your average ups store. Although I will note that it was incredibly clean.

They should update the website so customers don’t waste their time when given an appointment in that location. The reason I’m giving them a 1 star is because as I was waiting for them to give me the address of another UPS that I could go to, they helped like 5 other people that got there after me. I had to wait for them while holding my 1 year old that was being super fussy. They could definitely improve on their costumer service.

I usually go to the Market St location but sometimes they take so long to ship items. I decided to try this location, but I wish I hadn't. I received such poor service from current manager, CQ or whatever his name is, that I will never go back again. You would think a manager would know that he should be courteous and friendly to all customers, and not stare silently at one like they're bothering him. He doesn't seem to care. Based on his cold demeanor towards me, I'm even surprised my items made it in one piece.

I have been coming to this location for 3 years and they have exceeded in customer service. I met a new employee named “Maria”, this person is possibly the rudest employee I have encountered in a service industry. I walked in the store at 6.10 and she was very annoyed since she was closing up and kept asked if I needed print confirmation. She was very very rude and dismissive in scanning my packages. One of my prepaid packages had no taping she yelled at me and said she will charge $3 next time. If the store manager sees the review please make a note of this employee. This person is possibly one of the worst employees to have in your staff and she is rude and dismissive to customers. I was beyond shocked to respond.
