Hello, it seems that the employees do not know well the area where they deliver the packages, sometimes they leave them in another house or they try to enter the patios of the houses (instead of leaving them inside the fence), they cannot enter and They take the package without leaving a notice paper so that the person can personally go pick it up at the offices. Rude, sullen, and unprofessional employees. Whatever personal problems they have in their life they have no right to take it out on customers. I don’t give a damn about that, I’m here to mail my packages I’m not here to listen to your stupid problems. If it were up to me I’d fire every single one of the losers that work here. They aren’t fit to clean toilets!

If you suffer from anxiety, this location is not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The employees will go out of their way to harass and intimidate you, leaving you unable to access the services you are entitled to. This type of discrimination appears to be systemic judging by the number of comments and complaints regarding the employees if these reviews are anything to go by. I would encourage everyone to lodge a formal complaint following every single instance of discrimination committed by employees at this location.

Rude, ignorant, condescending, and just plain unprofessional. That is what comes to mind when I think of the employee who works here. He does not know how to do his job. If you have a question, rather than being helpful he will insult and belittle you. He will provide false information and try to make you purchase products you do not need. He tried to tell me that I needed to fill out a customs form to send a LETTER (not a package, mind you) overseas. That is absolutely ridiculous and totally false. I immediately left and went to the post office in Chula Vista where I was treated with respect and was able to send my letter without any issues. How this individual at the Dennery Rd location is allowed to be abusive toward customers without any repercussion is beyond my comprehension. His presence reflects poorly on the postal system. I hope he is fired before he mistreats another customer, but I doubt that will happen. Ignorant people like that do not belong in customer service!

The service here is deplorable. Workers here are rude and extremely ignorant. They have no clue how to do their jobs - they get paid to waste your time and nothing else. After trying to conduct business here and hearing lie after lie being told by a ridiculous and obviously sexually frustrated Indian male employee I left and went elsewhere. What a difference! This location should be shut down and it's workers fired immediately.

you shouldnt expect anything from here. they'll close the door more than 5 min early in your face. do yourself a favor and go around the corner to the posal annexand send your mail there.

i am so sick and tired of this location never scanning my packages. i run a small business so tracking is very essential. there has been multiple times where my packages are never scanned and sometimes not even delivered due to them not being scanned. as a small business owner it’s so crucial to not only me, but the customer and platform i sell on to have a tracking number. without it i miss out on funds, ratings, and reputation. i can never get an answer as to why it’s not scanned or where my packages could possibly be. unfortunately you can’t even file a complaint because they always make excuses and their solution is to just wait. i hope they fix this issue considering they work for the government and for the people.

My mother went in on my behalf to drop off a package that was priority mail shipping paid by a customer on poshmark. I have never had this issue at any post office where I have to pay for a brown envelope, buy tape, to send out something that was already paid for. I gave my mother specific instructions to use the priority envelope & that the post office will provide the clear seal for the label that I had given her. Apparently the worker here told her no, she cannot use the priority envelope and that she would have to tape the label on herself, forcing her to buy tape. The customer service provided was absolutely terrible. She asked to confirm & was met with nonsense. The post office in Bonita & Chula Vista do not run this way.

So far every time I've visit this location the clerks are helpful and provided a good customer service. Like any other postal office they also carry what u need to send a package, letter etc.

I got a Po box here a couple weeks ago, and received my FIRST package. I did not know where to get my packages. So I got in line and ask the lady there about it. She had an actitud but I just didn’t really put attention and let it go, she went to the back and got my packages. I was getting my packages from her and she raised her voice at me and said “ Next time check your box first,” it caught me by surprise and I just explained that I will do that next time and that it was my first time getting a package there. She repeated the same thing she said before but this time yelling at me. I was in shock and speechless. I said that it was not ok for her to be yelling at me, I asked if there was someone in charge or anything. This woman said there was no manager and moved her hands like when you are trying to scared or push away an animal. I cannot believe they can do this to people without consequences. I have never experienced something like this. The other employee said “that’s just the way she talks.”

Went to post office today to drop off package stood in line for 20 minutes, the lady that was in front of me had a box with white tape on it. When she got to the mail clerk, the clerk kindly said you need clear tape on your box, no worries I will put some on for you. Another mail clerk named Elaine told me she would help me. I went to her counter told her I had a QR CODE handed her my package and she quickly said I cant take that and I was like why? We don’t accept that tape, I told her what do you mean? Theres other customers that have been giving packages with that tape, and mail clerks either accept it or put packing tape on for them. She continued to say we don’t do that here!! I told her I've been standing in line for 20 minutes that another clerk helped the lady with tape, that why she couldn’t do the same. Thats when she screamed and said they didn’t do that there.I truly feel discriminated by my age, gender and ethnicity. I wasn’t white enough for her. It is people like Elaine that make this country racist!! You would think that being here in California it would be different. The lady that they helped and put the clear tape on her box, waited for me outside and said what that employee did was completely wrong, that if I wanted to file a discrimination case against her she would gladly testify. Thats what you call a real citizen that wants to see change in this Country!! I am sincerely Thinking of filing a discrimination case, I was humiliated everyone heard her screams it was an awful experience.
