The United States Postal Service location provides okay and fine service for passports, shipping, and mail. Clerks are often helpful, polite, and provide good customer service. However, the place can be confusing with unclear lines, and some staff behavior is described as mean and not cool, including instances of customers being treated poorly or kicked out. Wait times vary, with lines sometimes long. A supervisor has been noted for exceptional helpfulness.
USPS is going downhill. Pretty bad service and man lost packages. Just a couple of weeks ago they stated they will no longer receive any packages from Fedex, UPS, Ontrack, etc, only receive packages from USPS (their own). At another USPS office they did not have this restriction.

Lobby closes before 6 and many times have stood outside 10-15 minutes after 7 for them to open. No point in having electronic equipment and a receiving recpticle if your services aren't available after hours.
