This place does take passports but they are backed up 30 minutes every time. I understand staffing might be low, but don't have so many passport times slots if you don't have the manning.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, given a dock once I checked in. Pickup at 6am but got a dock before 4:30. Great communication skills here. Started loading just as fast. Checkin next to dock 63.

Brian in passport office goes above and beyond with Customer Service. We need more people like him at the USPS. He definitely deserves a raise and/or promotion.
