THIS IS NOT ACTUALLY VERIZON. FALSE ADVERTISING. They are a reseller not advertising they are a reseller…. They are Victra, not Verizon. You’ll be unknowingly paying an extra markup as they masquerade as an actual Verizon store. They nearly fooled me until Verizon’s customer service over the phone let me know why the lady at the counter couldn’t execute anything I asked her to do. I can’t believe they’re allowed to only use Verizon’s branding and not some of their own.
Go to the actual Verizon store in Claremont if you don’t want to pay an extra markup and deal with staff that can actually help you.

I explained my issue and the Petrico( I hope that’s his name) gave me options on how to best resolve my issue easily. He walked me through everything to make sure I understood exactly what I was purchasing. He was awesome and very kind.

The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable! I was having trouble deciding which model of iphone to upgrade to and Josue knew his stuff, he gave me all the information I needed right off the top of his head and gave me so many options to choose from and color choices. Overall great sales experience! And the store was very clean and welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend to any other Verizon customers in the area!
