I was panicked due to my phone not taking a charge. I had tried cleaning the port unsuccessfully. I took it in and Caleb was able to clear it out immediately with one of their tools. He was very helpful and very friendly. I’d recommend this location on service alone.

Guizelle is AMAZINGGGGG. She knows EVERYTHING! And is so quick to help with all questions. She even knows things about T-Mobile since she used to work for them! She even called her manager, Remy, and he hand-delivered some phones we purchased from another store! What service!
