Vineyard Vines is a beautiful store with excellent customer service and high-quality products. The staff is beyond kind, top tier, and sweet, often going above and beyond to help. They provide excellent service, figure out solutions, and show customers around. It is a favorite place to purchase gifts, as they offer gift wrapping with a box, tissue paper, and a bow throughout the year. The beautiful store and staff ensure customers will definitely return.
Anthony and Lindsay are top tier when it comes to customer service! I needed a pair of pants for a wedding that I ordered from the website, but wasn’t sure if they would make it on time. Although I could not find a piece that resonated with me, Anthony was more than kind to approach me and engage in conversation. He showed me around the store, talked about the owners, and was sweet. I definitely will return to check out the place again :)

I stopped in today and Kaitlyn( not sure of spelling) was beyond kind. I had my two dogs with me- and she spoiled them by getting them some water and gave them cuddles. I will definitely be back. Beautiful store and staff!💖
