Anthony and Lindsay are top tier when it comes to customer service! I needed a pair of pants for a wedding that I ordered from the website, but wasn’t sure if they would make it on time. Even though I was out of town, they figured out a solution for me and handled everything in about 5 minutes. Saved me a round trip flight to San Diego.

Although I could not find a piece that resonated with me, Anthony was more than kind to approach me and engage in conversation. He showed me around the store, talked about the owners, and was sweet. I definitely will return to check out the place again :)

I stopped in today and Kaitlyn( not sure of spelling) was beyond kind. I had my two dogs with me- and she spoiled them by getting them some water and gave them cuddles. I will definitely be back. Beautiful store and staff!💖

Vineyard Vines is one of my favorite places to purchase gifts. The customer service is always excellent, and so is the quality of all their products. Bonus, they offer gift wrappings like Nordstrom, a box, tissue paper, and a bow throughout the year.

Terribly rude male sales person. Went for a hoodie for my child, it was like pulling teeth to get some assistance. I decided to shop elsewhere.

This Vineyard Vines location is great! The store is well merchandised and the staff are both friendly and helpful. I had a gift card issue that they were quick to resolve.

This store is one of the best clothing stores around. They have a trendy collection with great material and unique designs. It's a must visit in UTC San Diego. They have a lot of sports specific comfortable clothing as well.

I love this brand - the clothes are stylish AND comfortable (my brothers are super picky when it comes to comfort) - so I'm a happy shopper. As a bonus, the staff here is kind and welcoming - BIG shout out to Justin for always going above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience!
