My bike came in with a broken charger. I was understandably mad but it only took one day for them to answer my support ticket and ship me a new one for completely free. While I wish they ship me something working the first time, there great support shows they care.

I own their Roadster V3 in white. I must say it’s a fantastic city commuter - sleek, (relatively) lightweight and convenient. In the 3 months I’ve owned it I have put a little over 400 miles with no issues
