  I was putting together a counter stool and 1 of the cross stretchers cracked when tightening the screws. I contacted customer service and within a few hours I received an email response saying they were shipping out a replacement piece asap. I received the part in 2 days.   Just got off the phone with Kelly in customer service because The vanity that I had purchased in Loews had a defective drawer slide.
  
  Simply gave her the Model # and she said the part would be FedEx out with tracking in 5-7 days. Sweet young lady and just saved my wife and i a return trip to Lowes!! :-)
