I spent weeks researching luxury mattresses, adjustable bases, latex construction, and comparing brands before making a decision. JD was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had, never pressured me, and took the time to explain the differences between the various Posh + Lavish models and adjustable base options.
What stood out most was his honesty. At no point did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch. He focused on helping me find the right setup rather than simply selling me the most expensive one.
As a fellow Navy veteran, it was also great connecting with someone who shares a similar background and values. JD treated me with professionalism, respect, and integrity from start to finish.
I ultimately purchased a Posh + Lavish Reawaken Ultra Plush and MLILY MS600 adjustable base, and I feel confident that I made the right decision. The pricing was competitive, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience was excellent.

“Your search is over. This is the only place in the entire county I would consider buying a mattress. I went through weeks of hell recently trying to find the right mattress. Here's what I learned: Go to a corporate store like Mattress Firm or Sleep Factory, etc. and be prepared to pay thousands of dollars! No thank you. Or buy your mattress online, sight unseen and it comes in a box compressed and can take up to 3 days to fully self inflate. Hope you have another place to sleep for that time period. Also you are charged if you need to return it. No thank you. Solution: Mattress Store San Diego. This generational family owned business offers up old school customer service that I haven't seen since I was a young man, and that was a lot of mattresses ago! I was able to take my time and even nap on the mattress I was interested in without any interruption. Delivery & haul-away service is priced incredibly reasonable also. You're getting a whole mattress, ready to go; and they even sell mattress protectors. I purchased an incredibly beautiful hybrid mattress (king-size) for around $1,000; which is awesome! “Really liked looking around this vintage clothing shop. They have a pretty cool mix of older styles, jackets, shirts, and other pieces that you dont see in regular stores. I took my time going through the racks and ended up finding a couple things that fit really well. The prices seemed fair for most of the stuff too. The person working there was friendly but also gave me space to browse, which I appreciate. The whole place has a laid-back feel and it was actually fun just checking everything out. I’ll probably swing back in sometime and see what they get in next.”

All of them there were so friendly and patient, also very knowledgeable about brands, what all the button and levers do and what all the different features are made for.
